Avenue and Lawrence Market Update - Summer 2009

June

Avenue and Lawrence home sales were very strong this month. Sales were up a whopping +33% in June vs. June 2008. Prices are almost at par at -1%, a significant improvement over prior months.  The average sold price as a percentage of list at Avenue and Lawrence is also improving, up to 98%. Days on the market also continues to improve vs. the last 6 months, down to 29 days from the peak 47 days in December.
